Full payment is due the day of the shoot. I may work with you if this is not

possible but be advised that your session will not be edited nor delivered

until full payment is received, this includes any sneak peeks on social media.

Payment is due when the appointment is scheduled during the peak fall season.

 

I reserve the right to reschedule any session due to photographer illness,

personal emergency, or inclement weather. I absolutely will not shoot in wind,

rain, or any other condition that may damage my equipment.

 

If you must reschedule, please inform me at least 48 hours (if possible)

prior to your scheduled appointment time. I will reschedule ONCE at your

request, after which another appointment will not be considered so please do

not ask again.

 

I will call to confirm your appointment the evening before your scheduled

shoot. It is your responsibility to provide a good, working number to reach you

at. If I am unable to reach you that evening, you have until 10am the day of

your shoot to CALL me back or I will consider your shoot cancelled. In the

event that this happens, I will not reschedule with you.

 

Please be on time for your appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes

late, the shoot will be considered cancelled and may or may not be available

for reschedule.

 

I request that you please only bring those people who will be photographed.

Any newborn/children sessions- only those children that are to be photographed,

please.

 

All photo sessions are archived for a term of 4 years, after which they will

be discarded. If you desire additional disks, there is a charge per disk which

is subject to change at the photographer’s discretion.

 

I strive to have your portraits ready within 2-3 weeks after your session.

However, due to the level of attention I provide to your images, your wait may

be longer. I appreciate your patience!
